Have not received the item. Actually tried canceling the order the same day and no one got back to me

Hi Carlos this product states clearly it will ship in June and you also acknowledged in your reply to us that you saw it said “it will be shipped between certain days”… also you reached out to us once we were closed by phone call (again acknowledging in your reply that you knew we were closed) and did not decide to reach out again until May 9 on the live chat. Unfortunately this not the process to request a refund or cancellation. You can refer to our refunds/returns page where it walks you through the process to start a return. We were trying to explain all of this to you but you stated you did not want to go back and forth with us and would rather submit a chargeback and now a 1 star review on an item you pre ordered. All the Support that you need!

Ok first off, there are TONS of weight bench options out there. Everything from a $60 unit from Amazon, all the way to competition class benches in the thousands. What we have here is something right in the sweet spot. An affordable high quality, versatile adjustable bench, with high quality, personal customer service.

Picked up the bench and had it assembled in just under 2 hours. This includes a quick trip to Home Depot to pick up a 19mm Socket. (Don’t forget your socket set folks!).

As a big man, 6’5” 270lbs, I feel secure and supported in all of its positions. Most importantly for me, I’m not hanging over either edge of the bench! Win-Win!

If you’re looking for a high-quality bench, with a great customer service team behind you that will rival those at your commercial gym, do not hesitate to pick one up.

Amazing Bench

When I ordered this bench it was on back order for months. I decided to be patient and wait it out due to all the awesome reviews I have read on it.
Boy am I super happy and thrilled I did. When I received my bench and brought it in the house I knew it was going to be a kick ass bench due to the weight of the box. This bench is my dream bench. It looks sleek, Super well made, heavy, (but moves around easily due to handle and wheels) has all the positions you need in a bench, high quality covering and fits my small body frame great. I can't believe it was the low price it was for the quality of the bench. I highly recommend this bench for any gym. Not to mention the customer service from this company was outstanding. Kept me in the loop great on the status of the bench. Always returned my emails very fast and always answered my questions with great detail and very polite. I hope to do business with this company again.
