Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the returned item is boxed sufficient enough for UPS ground transit.
Local pickup: pickups must be made within (7) seven days of placing your order. Any cancellations beyond the 7-day timeframe are subject to a restocking fee.
To start a return, you can email us at Support@harborheavyweightsco.com with your name, order number, and items you would like to return. With the exception of shipping damage to the product (not damage to packaging), order errors, and/or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (both to and from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund. There will also be a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount along with the return shipping. Once you submit a return request and receive a return label, you will have 10 days to ship out the item(s). Pre order items and products made to order cannot be cancelled & refunded. Custom orders are also final sale and cannot be returned or refunded with exception to any manufacturer defects.
Due to the size and weight of our shipments, anything shipped by freight Lcl is not eligible for a return at this time.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception if the item is defective, has been damaged in transit or if you received the wrong item. Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and present a solution. If your product was damaged in transit you must still receive and accept the package from our shipping carrier in order to take pictures of all notable damage to the product. This goes for defective products as well.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, due to high volume of orders we cannot accept cancellations or returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Pre order/ Backorder items & products made to order cannot be refunded. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds on cancelled orders will be returned minus the processing fees.
