Shipping FAQ

  •  Local curbside pick-up is available at 3629 San Gabriel River Pkwy, Pico Rivera, Ca 90660. MUST SCHEDULE A PICKUP DAY/TIME BEFORE PICKING UP YOUR ONLINE ORDER. CALL OR EMAIL US TO SCHEDULE. 

  •  Currently shipping to the contiguous United States. All 49 States, excluding Alaska.                                                                                 

  • Freight shipments only ship Monday-Friday. All freight shipments will include lfitgate service and you must confirm a day/time frame with our shipping company prior to the scheduled delivery. Ground shipments ship Monday through Saturday to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible.         

  • In-Stock items ship within 2-4 business days                                                         

  • Pre-orders ship on the indicated dates provided in the product info.             

 

What you need to know before you place your order:

  • Delivery dates on pre-orders are estimates only and subject to change               
  • Harbor Heavyweights Co. will make every effort to inform you of any delays in delivery dates 
  • All Squat Rack Orders will ship via LCL Freight                                                         
  • We value your business, so feel free to contact us with any questions.

Warranty 

  • We offer a 1 Year Warranty on all Products with the exception of our Squat Racks 
  • Lifetime warranty on the Frame of all of our squat racks (the HH80, HH81, etc..) 
  • 2 Year Warranty on all moving parts or any other part from our Squat Racks.
